Multiple Use of Space at Business-parks
Living Industries successfully doubles the multiple use of space within the site proposed.
Their first stage integrates all companies’ production, warehousing and distribution in one 50,000m2 building. This created one single super-efficient distribution and production centre with 250 dockshelters. Inside, the different companies can hire and define their own flexible working space upon necessity. This spared 65,000m2 terrain, allowing space for a leafy 18-hole golf course and facilitating the several back-offices needed to run the distribution centre.
The second stage doubles the potential multiple use of space as the business park expands over time.
By anticipating the addition of a second floor as the business park flourishes, another 30,000m2 can be added above the original structure.
